Dear Families,

Welcome to the 2025-26 school year at Dennis Earl Elementary! We are excited to meet all our new students and to welcome back our returning Explorers. To make this a great start to the year, I have included some reminders about the first day(s) of school, so that we not only keep our students learning at high levels but also keep them safe as they arrive and leave campus:

• Please follow all street and parking lot rules.
  • There is no parking, pick-up or drop-off, along N. Olive in front of the school (red curb).
  • Only the right lane may turn right into the main parking lot.
  • Be kind and patient by alternating cars turning right and left into the parking lot.
  • Drive slowly inside the parking lot.
  • When crossing inside the parking lot, use the designated crosswalk.
• Please plan with your child where they should meet you at dismissal.
• Parents can walk their child to their classroom for the first 3 days of school but not to the playground.
• At dismissal, the school gates will open at the bell to allow parents the opportunity to meet their child at their classroom.
